Mikes Gym is a unique training facility, set in a stunning location up in the La Cala Hills area. Michael incorporates a very personalised technique to his group training sessions using a wide variety of equipment. The large indoor gym area offers a wide range of cardio machines such as Concept 2 Rowers, Ski Ergs, Watt Bikes, Versa Climbers, plus Medicine Balls, Kettle Bells, Gym Rings, Body Pump Weights & TRX Straps. It also boasts a Boxing Ring with punch bags and a rock-climbing wall. If that is not enough, there is an outdoor swimming pool and an amazing self built assault course, using old fashioned Ropes, Monkey Bars, Tyres etc The list really is endless!
