We live and work in the area (Mar Menor Golf) and before that had a rental property in the area. Before moving out full time, we were frustrated at having to deal with companies in Spain who seemed to take forever to deal with issues and we have listened to the word mañana ( tomorrow ) so often that we decided to set up a property management service with a commitment to quality work and speedy response.

We manage multiple properties in the Mar Menor area including properties at Roda Golf Resort, Mar Menor Golf Resort and La Serena Golf Resort.
