Manuka’s central concept is about offering you the food you were meant to eat!

We want you to feel good and we make it our goal to encourage you to respect your body, eat better and be healthier.

We do not agree with cutting corners, using fake ingredients nor using marketing tactics designed to make you want artificial foods that are harmful for you.

We try to make a difference by putting a spin on the traditional junk food and have created a menu packed with goodness and healthy options such as kale smoothies, super food bowls and monthly specials using seasonal produce to benefit from mother natures gift.

Wherever we can we source local and organic ingredients and make sure not to use any fillers nor hidden taste enhancers in our marinades & dressings.

Through many of our recipes we also help you reduce modern day toxins and replace unhealthy ingredients with more natural substitutes without losing flavour so that you can still enjoy food that tastes great. For example, you wont find any sugar in our lemonades yet they will be sweet enough for you!

We know not everyone wants a wheatgrass shot or quinoa salad every day and at times we just want the comfort food we crave. So we make sure to cater to both desires and include delicious options of burgers, wraps and breakfast goodies but always with a healthy twist, such as sweet potato hash browns or gluten free buckwheat pancakes.

This is how Manuka was born: the need for a place, accessible to all, where you can discover nutritious options to satisfy everyone’s tastes and everybody’s BODY!
