About me:
I am a well-mannered, responsible, reliable and cheerful person with excellent childcare and interpersonal skills, I have extensive experience as both a live-out nanny and childcare provider. I am a confident child carer who is emotionally mature and possess high energy levels and an ability to develop close relationships with both children and families. I really enjoy caring for children, and being part of their development which I find exceptionally rewarding.
Questions from a Parent

1. What experience do you have looking after children?
I worked as a Nanny in the UK for 2 years, during this time I was responsible for two children, aged three years old and six years (at the time of starting). Being totally focused on the children, organising and implementing their daily routines and helping them to grow, learn and develop.
My Responsibilities included:
• The safety, well-being, care and development of the boys.
• Getting them up bathed and dressed in the morning.
• Drop off and pick-up runs to/from school and nursery
• Attending medical/dental appointments
• Taking them to social events, encouraging them to participate in activates as well as standing back and allowing them to be independent
• Helping with homework.
• Prepare and serve meals, snacks as well as pack school lunches
• Tidying up children's bedrooms and play areas.
• Planning and organising age related activities to meet the children’s physical and emotional needs
• Oversee play and scheduled/social activities with friends after school
• Play with the children and take them shopping, on walks to the park, swimming etc.
• Reading to and with the children.
I also have diverse experience babysitting children of various ages from 3 months through to 13 years – I have done this from 16 years old myself and am now 34
Experience of supporting first time mothers on maternity leave, including preparing bottles and feeding, changing nappies etc.

2. “I always worry about how the person would react in an emergency or if there was an accident”
I have recently trained as a First Aider with Heart Starterz in Gibraltar, I also remain very calm in situations and can be replied upon to keep a cool head when needed.

3. What are the costs for you to babysit?
€7per hour for 1 child
€12per hour for 2 children
€15per hour for 3 children
Overnight price available on request.

4. “What areas are you willing to cover,
Ideally within the Manilva area, however I am happy to travel as far as Gibraltar / Estepona etc. for an additional charge to cover petrol. (I have a full clean license and own car and booster seats can be provided with notice).

5. What hours are you available and are you willing to do a sleepover?
Weekday evenings, depending on your locations from 18:30
Weekends, anytime
Yes I am happy to do a sleepover (I offer a reduced overnight cost rather than hourly rate)

6. Are you happy doing lunch/dinner
I have lots of experience in making healthy meals/snacks and am happy to do so, I just ask for you to provide a list of any food allergies and likes / dislikes.

7. Are you happy to take my child to a social event or activity?
Yes, I will gladly take your children to a social event or activity if required.
