Casa construida en el 2008.Esta ubicada en el valle del Txorierri, en un entorno rural muy cercano al núcleo urbano de Lezama, ruta del Camino de Santiago, a 10 km de Bilbao, a 10 km de la costa y playas y a 10 km del Bilbao Exhibition Center. El Parque Tecnologico de Zamudio esta a 3 km de distancia y el Aeropuerto de Loiu a 5 km. La estación de Euskotren situada a 400 m del lugar comunica en 25 minutos con el mismo centro de Bilbao, zona de turismo, negocios y compras.

Combina un estilo rustico y actual, tiene 6 habitaciones dobles, todas ellas con baño, televisión, calefacción y con conexión a Internet(ADSL). Tiene una acogedora sala con chimenea y televisión para uso exclusivo de clientes y un amplio comedor con salida a terrazas al aire libre. Esta dotada de una sala para celebrar reuniones de grupos de hasta 16 personas con los medios necesarios y posibilidad de organizar distintas distribuciones. También cuenta con aparcamiento privado, jardín y zona verde.

Hay gran diversidad de actividades alrededor: hípica , frontón, paseos por entorno rural y otras actividades en lugares cercanos de la costa y montaña.

Etxe honek estilo errustikoa zein modernoa nahasten du, sei logela bikoitza ditu; denak bainugela, telebista, berogailua, lan mahia eta interneteko konexioa (ADSL). Bezeroentzako egongela erosoa, tximinia eta telebistarekin, eta baita ere kaleko terrazetara joateko jantokia.Hamasei pertsona aldeko taldeen bilerak egiteko ere gela aproposa dauka, mahaiak era ezberdinetan ipintzeko aukeraz.

It combines a rustic style and today has 6 double rooms, all with bath, TV, heating and Internet connection (ADSL). It has a cozy living room with fireplace and television for the exclusive use of guests and a large dining room with exit to outdoor terraces. This has a room for meetings of groups of up to 16 people with the necessary means and ability to organize distributions. It also has private parking, garden and green area.

There is great diversity of activities around: riding, pediment, walking in rural areas and other activities in places near the coast and mountains.
