Lurdes Bergadà, Barcelona 1950, empezó haciéndose sus propias prendas de forma autodidacta y sin más ánimo que el de vestirse a su gusto. No tardó en descubrir que la gente se interesaba por lo que llevaba. Es a partir de ahí cuando decide emprender su carrera como diseñadora a principios de los 70.

Lurdes Bergadà, Barcelona 1950, began making her own clothes with the only ambition of dressing up in her own style. It wasn’t too long until people began to show interest in what she was wearing. And it was around that revelation that she decided to make a career in fashion design in the early 70’s.
