Whilst we are finding our feet business wise, please ensure that you email us or instagram message us with any requests or questions you may have - lunabelleballons@gmail.com or @lunabelleballoons rather than message us on here.

Please ensure you place your orders well in advance of your special day but we are able to accept orders with a five day window period of the date required. This is because each balloon is loving crafted to order. This order period depends on the content of the order and could change depending on the order request.

On receipt of your order we will require an email address so we can send you an invoice with a payment link attached. We accept all major credit and debit cards. If you live in the Manchester area and would like to pay in cash, please let us know in advance of your order so we can make suitable arrangements with you.
