This self catering apartment is ideal for a fun summer holiday or for a relaxing retreat during the winter months, where people can enjoy the beautiful walks along the coast and inland into the hills of the Sierra D´írta natural park. Los Baladres is a gated and walled community and has a communal swimming pool for adults and a paddling pool for toddlers together with playing apparatus for children therefore providing facilities for all ages.

Although the apartment is on the first floor, access to it is to the rear, on the ground floor with just one step to negotiate so you can park your car and unload it at the entrance to the apartment.

Amenities such as a small supermarket, restaurant and bar are within a few minutes´ walk together with tennis courts, crazy golf and large public swimming pool.
