Mestečko Vera sa nachádza medzi Alicante a Almériou. Mesto ponúka množstvo obchodíkov, barov, reštaurácií, ktoré ponúkajú rôzne špeciality. Nachádza sa tu aj prístav Garrucha. Mesto sa pýši piesočnatou plážou dlhou 1,5km s pozvoľným vstupom do mora a neďalekými útesmi. Pláž získala ocenenie modrou vlajkou kvôli jej čistote. V blizkosti je na skalách vybudované "Biele mestečko" Mojacar", ktoré dýcha históriou a ponúka turistom úžasný výhľad a more a okolitú krajinu.
