Marcia concluded a successful career at Santander UK plc after 30 years of professional investment, banking and mortgage brokerage services. She has been coming to Spain since the 1980s, using her banking experience to personally invest in properties around the Costa del Sol.
locationmoves.com was formed to meet the needs of so many of her friends/contacts/co-workers asked for her help with their own property investments and to use the wealth of experience gained over the years of visiting and buying property in Spain. Those conversations developed into successful transactions formalised by her knowledge, ability and industry contacts to eventually creating locationmoves.com.
