My name is Amelia Hernandez, I’m Spanish of Valencia origin, director and founder of Living Spanish Cutlure and Venamicasa.com (cometomyhome.com) domains. I have a University Degree in Business and Tourism. I have a passion for being involved in cultural interchanges through the homestays with local Hosts. This interest of mine has been the main reason for creating this website and for offering opportunities to other people to experience and promote the Spanish culture, an enriching experience that is very different as well very exciting.

I created Living Spanish Culture with the aim to let you know our intense culture that arises upon historical heritage of Spain, in conditions of pleasant climate and enjoyable environment allowing you to get to know our invigorating way of life living with Spanish people, learning our language sharing our habits and our delightful gastronomy, gaining different experiences and enriching yourself in a completely special way while you enjoy a cultural vacation in Spain.

It is my intention, through my website, to awaken in the young student and the fidget adult, the excitement in discovering our cultural heritage, the emotion that aroused in our minds the knowledge of the history enjoying and living unforgettable moments in unique places, the passion to know what before starting the trip was unknown and the hope with joyfully to return again.
