Our house has the typical ibicenkan finca style with a nice garden full of lemontrees. Here you will get into a balearic relaxed holidayfeeling for sure.


Nice countryhouse in the heart of the island.
Very quiet Space in the middle of the beautiful nature of ibiza, but not far from the most interesting places of the island.
The next village St Rafael is located in the middle of the island and has some nice restaurants like Can Pilot or Las Dos Lunas, typical bars and cafes, a vegan restaurant, and small supermarkets.
Our house is only 10 min driving to the ibiza town center with its nice small shops, bars and the castillo in the pittoresque old town.
Also to the most beautiful beaches its only 10 min driving, like las salinas, playa d en bossa or cala salada.
We have a big supermarket at the other side of the road with a very cheap and good cafe where you can go for breakfast if you want.
The busstation is only 5 min to walk.
You can reach Amnesia and worlds biggest Discothec Privilege by walking in less then 10 min. To most of the other big Discothecs like Space, Ushuaia and Sankeys are just 15 min by taxi or car.
We can help to organise you to rent a cheap car or scooter, if you want directly from the airport. Or please ask for our shuttle service.

The Guestrooms are at the first floor of the house.
There you will find the big bathroom (shared) and a big living- and diningroom, with its large wooden table for up to 10 persons. Also we have for our guests a fridge, microwave, coffeemashine and toaster etc.
Outside you find our big sunterasse with its chilloutbed, sunbeds and a table for four persons and a BBQ and also a outdoorkitchen.
In front of the house you have private parking places.

We can help you with everything you want for a perfect holiday!
We are both working for travel companys here on the island, so we can organize almost everything for you.
We have bikes to rent, have a cheap and good opportunity to rent cars and scooters, we can organize island tours, jeep safaris, katamaran cruises and private boat tours.

Also we have small cocktailpartys and BBQ for all our guests in the house, and some friends, so you can also meet some local people too.
and we offer massages in our garden, for the perfect holiday relaxation.

The neighbourhood is very qiet and peaceful.
The next village St. Rafael is 15 min by foot and 3 min with the car.
To get to the famous beachclubs and nicest beaches of the island its only 10-15 min driving. When you want to go for one of the incredible sunsets you can go for some nice places on the west side near San Antonio. We can recommend the best places to you.
For the famous nightlife, as said, its possible to walk to some of the clubs.
If you want to hiking or do a bicicle tour, you can do it from the door on. There are nice "caminos", the small lanes on ibiza, where you can walk for hours on the fantastic countryside.

There is a busstop you can reach by foot in only 5 min. There you can go by bus to ibiya town or St. Antonio. There are busses every 30 min. When you want to go by night during the summer season. There are some discobusses to Pacha, Ibiza town, Playa d en bossa and St. Antonio.

Das Lemonhouse öffnete seine Pforten diesen Winter und ist das Ergebniss fleißiger handwerklicher und kreativer Arbeit, dass es zu dem gemacht hat was wir wollen und was es jetzt ist:

Wir verstehen uns als kleines Gästehaus und fühlen uns der Tradition verpflichtet einen zentralen, einfachen, sauberen, kommunikativen und lebensfrohen Raum Für Übernachtungen und gegenseitiges Kennenlernen zu schaffen.
Eine gemütliche und entspannte Atmosphäre für Gäste aus allen Ecken dieser Welt, die vielfältiger nicht sein könnten.
Unsere Zimmer zeichnen sich durch liebevolle individuelle Gestaltung aus und sind für Gäste die etwas anderes suchen als den Standart-Hotelzimmer-Einheitsbrei.

Wir

Das Unternehmen besteht aus einer Nordeutschen Touristikstudentin (abgeschlossen, jawohl) einer ehemaligen Stewardess aus Leidenschaft, einem spanischen Antiquitätenhändler, einem argentinischen Pizzabäcker und nicht zu vergessen einer Labrador-Podenco Hündin.
Wir alle könnten unterschiedlicher nicht sein uns vereint aber das gemeinsame Ziel euch willkommen zu heißen und gute Gastgeber zu sein.
