Totally self contained country house set on 3 acres on the edge of a beautiful typically Spanish village ( EL BERRO) situated on the Sierra Espuña nature reserve.

The house can accommodate up to 8 people.

Very quiet position, set in a valley among almond groves and pine trees, just a short walk from the Village, which is described by many as the gateway to the Sierra Espuña nature reserve.

The village of El Berro has 2 bakers, 2 village shops, 3 bars, 2 restaurants and a swimming pool that is open to the public.

Wonderful and good size front terrace with superb views of pine forests and hillside, this terrace has a large stone dining table for al fresco eating and also has a beautiful stone built BBQ. The house is a good size, has 2 kitchens (with gas hob, fridge, washing machine, micro wave/oven/ grill combination), 2 good size shower rooms with WCs.

The lounge also has British Sky Satellite for TV and radio and the digital TV also picks up 20 + Spanish programs plus spanish radio, a DVD player, a VCR, a music system (CD, Radio, Cassette player) Welcome pack with walking maps and information on the local area etc.

Also included is full use of our hotel facilities which is only a 5 minute drive away, I.E. swimming pool, restaurant / bar and all hotel activities I.E. mountain bike hire, quad biking, kayaking etc. Costs are available on this website.

This is a dog friendly house with some common sense rules.
Not allowed on furniture, any extra cleaning has to be paid for and please do not allow pets to use terrace/garden as a toilet.

The coast is approx 30 minutes drive from Alhama de Murcia.
