Laura-Lou Yoga

After practicing yoga for 2 years I decided to broaden my understanding of the benefits between balancing the mind and body through movement and meditation.

I completed my 200hr Yoga TT with the Power Of Oasis studio in Bali. My intention is to inspire others and lead them through a safe and meaningful practice.

My classes are focused on building strength and flexibility while incorporating meditation and relaxation techniques.
