The apartment is on the ground floor situated in a small u shaped community which overlooks the Saurines de leTorre Golf Course. It has very large terrace which has glass curtains and is well furnished with a grattan 2 seater settee, 2 armchairs and coffee table plus dining table that seats 4. There is also a side terrace which is not glassed but again is furnished with similar furniture. The apartment overlooks the pool which has a children's section. Inside, the apartment is a real home from home with TV and DVD player with many films to choose from. There are books and games. The kitchen has everything you need whether just preparing a snack or a 4 course meal. There is a fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven and hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. The lounge area has a corner sofa unit with chaise. There are two bedrooms, one with king size bed and the other with two single beds. Both are roomy with wardrobes and drawers. The family bathroom has bath with over shower, bidet, toilet and washbasin. Towels and bed linen are provided. There is also a hairdryer and straighteners available for your use.

The complex has 24 hour security. There is a bar/restaurant and supermarket just 5 minutes walk away. There are children's play areas around the complex. The golf course is 5 minutes walk. There are grassed areas around the swimming pool where you can take your sunloungers. There is also a garden area outside the apartment if you just want to relax and sunbathe.
