La Casita, Villalonga

Our Casita is an architect restored 100 year old village house that combines all the modern conveniences whilst retaining many original features. In brief you enter at street level into a lounge dining area withsteps down to a fully equiped kitchen and also a good sized, very private terrace ideal for al fresco dining. up one level from the lounge is a compact modern bathroom with views over the surrounding countryside. The top level is a large bedroom come summer longe with a balcony again overlooking the countrysideand with views of he sea in the distance.

Villalonga is a small town / large village set amongst orange groves and nestled at the bottom of the La safor mountains. It is only 20 minutes inland from miles of pristine, blue flag beaches. in villalonga there are all the necessary amenities; an excellent supermarket, banks, pharmacy and a twice weekly market. Further afield in Gandia there is a hipermarket and a train station with hourly trains into the centre of valencia (50 minutes).

If you sare looking for more of a tourist vibe there are a number of places within 1 to 1.5 hours drive, e.g., Javea, Calpe and Benidorm with attractions and waterparks etc.
