El restaurante La Aquarela está situado frente al mar en Patalavaca, en el sur de Gran Canaria. Se inauguró hace más de 20 años con un solo objetivo, ofrecer el placer de degustar una cocina cuidada en un ambiente privilegiado.

Tras varios años de excelente reputación, fue realmente a partir de 1994, que la Aquarela redondea sus cualidades con la llegada de su nuevo dueño, Gregorio Fernández.

Gregorio no solo continúa con la reputación de La Aquarela en la isla, sino que consolida su nombre, convirtiéndolo en un referente.

En su constante evolución, sabe conjugar la calidad y la constancia, ofreciéndole a su distinguida clientela un lugar donde volver, un lugar donde poder disfrutar de momentos consentidos.


The restaurant “La Aquarela” is located in front of the ocean in Patalavaca, in the south of Gran Canaria. It opened more than 20 years ago with one goal, to offer the pleasure of tasting a refined cuisine in a privileged environment.

After several years of an excellent reputation, it was actually from 1994 the restaurant La Aquarela rounded it qualities with the arrival of its new owner, Gregorio Fernández.
