WHY are agency fees so high and so difficult (often impossible) to find on Real Estate websites?

WHO pays for High Street offices, staff salaries, benefits and company cars?

All of these are paid from the fees/commission charged by the agent to the sellers.

We don’t have high running costs!

WHERE can we make a real difference in the selling AND buying experience?

By providing a first class, comprehensive service from start to finish. This would typically include: -

Assistance in collating all the paperwork necessary to ensure the process of selling your property is as trouble free as possible.
We will (unless directed by you, the seller, to the contrary) take steps to ensure any potential buyers are financially, in a position to purchase your property.
We will always endeavour to offer feedback from prospective purchasers where an offer was not made.
Ensure prompt and effective communication of all offers to you the seller.
Liaise with all parties concerned with the sale of your property to ensure timely completion.

WHAT would happen if we slashed fees by up to 80% for sellers?

To anyone with a €10M+ villa that could mean a staggering saving of over €484,000!

HOW are we able to offer such a comprehensive service at a fraction of the cost?

As a ‘web based’ company we don’t have the overheads associated with the ‘traditional’ high street real estate agents. We are therefore able to pass on substantial savings to sellers. Substantial in this instance can be up to 80% off standard Real Estate fees.

If your photo is used on James Jonas Alexander’s digital or social platforms your name and / or business will always be credited. We may also choose at our sole discretion to link back to your website or business social media profile.
