Island Watersports Lanzarote

Island Watersports Lanzarote is located directly in the old town harbour of Puerto Del Carmen. We offer a fully equipped dive centre and small dive shop. Our facilities include Ladies & Gents changing rooms with hot showers, storage lockers and WC. We have good quality equipment for hire, a wet room to wash and store diver’s personal kit plus a drying area. In addition to all this there is free WIFI and refreshments are available to enjoy in our spacious outside seating area.

We run a variety of dive excursions all year round including snorkelling, try dives (for non-certified divers) guided shore, boat and night dives (for certified divers). Recreational diving courses are offered through PADI, CMAS, VDST and NOB. Lanzarote enjoys water temperatures between 18 degrees in winter and up to 26 during the summer/autumn with visibility generally around 15/25 metres.

While Island Watersports Dive Centre has some of Lanzarote’s best dives sites on its doorstep, we provide transport to other interesting dive locations on our beautiful island. Boat dives leave directly from outside the centre on a fully equipped RIB including a sturdy ladder for ease of access.

Locally you will find restaurants, bars, cafes, a supermarket, an ATM, as well as a small playground for children.

Also, we offer dives to the amazing first and only underwater museum in Europe - Museo Atlantico. This is proving really popular with our divers.�
