I&S Administration Consultants was established to help multi-cultural community Presidents and committees manage their urbanization efficiently and effectively. Through years of experience working within a team of Spanish Administrators, we have identified the most important services required by residential communities as well as the most common causes for complaint. Our aim is to provide exemplary support services to all multicultural communities by offering a full range of administration services in a manner and language to make effective communication a matter of course.

The tranquillity of the property owners is our priority, legal and economic security are the tools we use so that neighbours can enjoy their home.

We are a unique English team with fluent Spanish communication capabilities coupled with a broad range of administrative skills and professional qualifications in management, finance, human resources and psychology as well as lengthy experience in business development, IT (computer) technology and community administration.

We want to ensure your community gets the best professional services. We study each community individually and customize our services to meet each urbanization needs.

What makes us different to other administrators?

In a community, there should be no space for surprises! Transparency comes first. We offer each community their own free website, access via username and password for privacy reasons, all property owners within the community will have access to their website where they can view all the accounts and legal documents. Changes to the urbanization and A.G.M. minutes are posted on the site so everyone can keep up-to-date with what is going on within their community.

We also visit each community every month to ensure everything is running smoothly and to answer any queries. A well-advised president is a calm one.

We understand that each urbanization is completely unique. We have been working alongside numerous urbanizations of varying sizes for many years. Beyond many disparate personalities, we prefer to see each management as an opportunity to communicate and make sure all neighbours understand each other.
