Houghton Regis Jujitsu Club

We are a friendly Martial Arts club we train in a safe controlled manner. We practice a traditional but highly effective form of self-defence embracing modern concepts of jujitsu. The techniques we train were used to great effect by samurai warriors on the battlefields of ancient Japan and are still used today in the world of mixed Martial Arts.

These techniques are taught to army and law enforcement personnel, and borrowed heavily from Martial Arts like Krav Maga, so to us traditional means tried and tested!

We believe jujitsu is a complete martial art that encompasses; striking throws, locks, ground fighting, and weapon defence.

But just as importantly we teach control and respect, so give us a try as the first lessons is free!
