The holiday townhouse is within a 3 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, supermarket, and much more. This is a very safe, gated community which is ideal for small families and couples as well as golfers or businesspeople.
Two bedrooms; the main room has a double bed and a balcony with community garden and sea views. The guest room has two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, full-sized fridge.
We can provide a travel cot and a high chair (and many other useful baby items including installing stair gates if required) free of charge. Additional beds / air mattresses can be supplied at no additional cost.
The property comes with electric heating, ceiling fans in all rooms, high-speed ADSL internet access, and the owners live only 5 minutes away.
Fuengirola is 15 minutes away and Marbella is only 10 minutes away by car. Malaga airport (AGP) is only a 25 minute drive also.
