Casa De Cowen is a Luxury well presented Apartment situated on the golf resort El Valle in Murcia Spain.

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, large spacious living room and a large terrace overlooking the pool, golf resort and mountains.

Inside the spacious living room your entertainment needs have been well catered for, you will find a state of the art 40" TV, with access to Netflix with 1000's of movies and tv shows, DVD player with a large selection of movies, Playstation and Xbox with a large selection of games and wifi access both in the apartment and in the club house. The living room is set out with comfort as a priority with contemporary furniture and fittings which compliment this spacious and airy room the large corner sofa also converts into a double bed allowing the apartment to comfortably sleep 6 people.

The master bedroom has a large double bed large fitted wardrobe, access to the ensuite bathroom which includes a powerful shower and whirlpool bath to help you relax after a stressful day of sunbathing ;-)

The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and a large built in wardrobe. Both bedrooms have large double doors that open out onto a juliet terrace, honestly there is no better way to start your day.

The kitchen has been well stocked to cater for your every need including everything from the basics of coffee/tea facilities to all of the utensils you'll need to cook a 3 course meal. The kitchen has all of the expected white goods such as a large fridge freezer, oven and hob, dishwasher and to make your stay even easier a washing machine iron and ironing board

Finally the best part the large terrace which has a pool view but also views of the mountains and parts of the golf course. The terrace is equipped with a sofa set/sun lounger, dining table and BBQ. You'll spend many hours sitting enjoying the peace and tranquility of the El Valle over a glass of wine or 2
