Holiday Apartment - Spain

This traditional Spanish holiday let comprises of two bedrooms, one double and one twin. Complete with family bathroom, kitchen, living area with 700 channels on the television most of which are English and a balcony overlooking the communal pool area provides you with a home away from home.

Within the apartment there are two sun loungers for your use, along with a pushchair. If you require a cot or a highchair they can be hired from the shop across the road at approximately £10 each per week. You have access to the roof terrace if desired, the two pools and gardens within the communal area.

The property benefits from air conditioning to make your stay more comfortable and is due to undergo some modernisation in early 2016 as well as wifi being installed. Access to the apartment from Alicante airport can be arranged by private hire for approximately £80 return (takes approximately 25 minutes each way). Alternatively hire car facilities are available at very reasonable rates (approximately £4 per day plus deposit). There is also a bus service from Alicante airport to Torrevieja and then another service on to La Mata.

The apartment is located less than a 250 metre walk to a local supermarket, shops, takeaways and chemist making this a handy location for all. The beach is approximately a 20 minute walk, and a 45 minute walk will take you into the centre of Torrevieja. If walking is not your thing there is a handy bus service right outside the apartment complex. There is also a variety of local bars and restaurants only a short walk away.

La Mata benefits from retaining its Spanish identity being less commercialised then other towns along the Costa Blanca coastline. The climate in La Mata makes an ideal location for year round holiday makers. On average La Mata enjoys 320 days of sunshine per year with temperatures reaching over 30 degrees in the summer months. La Mata beach front is a hive of activity during both the day time and evenings with a host of busy cafes, restaurants and bars making this the ideal holiday spot.

July to August - £280 per week
September to October - £220 per week

There is an additional cleaning charge of £30 per booking.
