Well designed and comfortable apartment in Fuente Aloha, on the doorstep of Puerto Banus.

The apartment is fully equipped with broadband wifi, U.K. television and air conditioning. We can accommodate up to 5 adults as a fold up bed is also available.

Aloha is a fashionable but laid back area of Nueva Andalucia with bars, cafes and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets - the ideal place to relax and watch the world go by. Las Brisas, Aloha and Los Naranjos golf courses are nearby for golfing enthusiasts.

Puerto Banus is only a 2 minute drive or 25 minute walk away with many designer shops and fine dining restaurants overlooking the yachts in the Marina.

Marbella is 10-15 minutes drive away with shops, restaurants and tapas to explore the Spanish way of life.

THE COMPLEX

Fuente Aloha is an all year round holiday home. We have a heated indoor swimming pool and sauna which is magnificent to use during the cooler months. The indoor pool is heated to around 35° so perfect to relax or splash around with the kids. We also have a private air conditioned gym with weight training apparatus and general fitness machines. All available for unlimited use by our guests.

Outside, in the centre of the complex is our beautiful communal swimming pool with separate infant pool set in lush tropical gardens. Fuente Aloha is an enclosed and very private gated community with 24 hour security where children can play safe and freely. We have car parking underground and you will be allocated one space.

Directly outside the complex is the central dining district of Aloha where you have an array of restaurants, cafes, delis and bars to choose from. There is also a bank and supermarket close by and a taxi rank immediately outside. There is also a public bus service which runs to Puerto Banus.

THE APARTMENT

The apartment is situated on the first floor facing south with a large terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar and separate utility room with a washing machine. The property has an open lounge/dining area with an L shaped comfortable sofa that faces a 50 inch flat screen television with access to UK TV channels. The dining table seats 6 and looks out onto the terrace. The apartment has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed with an en-suite and shower over the bath. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. Both bedrooms open out onto the terrace. The fold up bed can be used in either room. There is also a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and a separate W.C.

The large sunny terrace can be accessed from the living area and both bedrooms. The outside dining table seats 6 and is shaded from the sun. We also have a comfortable 2 seater sofa, 2 lounge chairs and a coffee table. There are 2 sunbeds for relaxing and a built in barbeque for those occasional nights in.

We have one allocated car parking space underneath the building which is accessed using a swipe card which is given to you on arrival. If you have more than one car there is plenty of free on street parking located immediately outside the complex entrance.

The apartment has air conditioning which is connected with a timer and use is unlimited provided you are inside the property. Air conditioning provides heating during the cooler months.

Puerto Banus

FUENTE ALOHA is located in Nueva Andalucia, in the heart of the sophisticated dining area of Aloha with its many varied cafes and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. Enjoying some of the best golf courses in the region Nueva andalucia is home to the world famous Aloha Golf Club, Las Brisas and Los Naranjos golf clubs. For those wanting to simply chill out then the laid back café culture of Aloha is perfect, the ideal place to relax and watch the world go by!

Puerto Banus is the world famous marina and holiday hotspot attracting visitors all year round. A busy leisure port, Puerto Banus is the perfect place for young and old to enjoy a sunny afternoon stroll or an amazing evening out. In the port, enjoy a drink at the legendary Sinatra's Bar, a pizza in the most sought after Italian restaurant Picassos, or a simple burger in Jacks or the Hard Rock Cafe. Puerto Banus is a designer shopper's paradise with fabulous boutiques and the legendary Spanish department store El Corte Ingles. During summer time and other holiday periods the Plaza Antonio Banderras is a great place to wander, hosting a craft fair with specialist goods and handicrafts on sale, and kids rides, play areas and street entertainers for the children.

Marbella town centre is just 5 minutes further down the coast by car (or even by bus). Marbella is the place to go if you want to taste some of the area's specialty tapas or some great Spanish wine in one of the bodegas, or visit the old town and Plaza de los Naranjos to soak up some traditional Spanish charm and atmosphere. You can even go for a tour of the town by horse and carriage, if the mood takes you!
