The front garden is gated and the property has a small back patio. The lounge has a flat screen TV with Free View and Digital Spanish channels which include the Discovery channel. The kitchen has a washing machine and dish washer. Whilst the house isn’t air conditioned the living room and bedrooms all benefit from silent modern ceiling fans.
The town is close to many beaches, walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants and is one of the best locations to stay near Sotogrande without the price tag.
