THE PROGRAM:

During the stay in each weekly session, the children will be trained by highly skilled professionals both in the sport and the educational aspects. Having achieved all the requirements to become professional coaches, our soccer coaches are all highly qualified personnel. They belong to the Fundacion Real Madrid Soccer Schools and are specialists in sports training. They have been taught to play and improve the style of the participants; where they would work on all players towards improving their technique and getting the best out of them, but more importantly, teach and enhance teamwork qualities in all individuals.


ACCOMODATION:

Accomodation will be in the "Erasmo Residence", at the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid. The accomodation is in double rooms (2 per room) and they are equipped with bathroom and air conditioning. The Residence has TV and a DVD Room, study, computers and games rooms, gym, laundry and night surveilance. The accomodation includes the following; breakfast, hydrationmid-morning, lunch, snack and dinner. Food is an important part of sports and will improve the individuals knowledge in this area which is an important aspect of a professional footballer's life. All meals will be offered and monitored by our dieticians; and will provide relevant content in proteins, vitamins, carbohydrates and fats. (Surely water plays a major role in their diets for hydration purposes)

In order to meet special dietary needs (i.e.: Diabetic, celiac, allergies, etc...) of participants we require that these are communicated at the time of registration.


CAMP LOCATION:

Real Madrid City, the largest sports facility ever built by a professional football club. It has 5 pitches of natural grass, 5 pitches of artificial (astroturf) grass, Stadium Alfredo di Stefano next to the training center, medical center with ultimate innovations, more than 15 dressing rooms, inner warm-up location and cafeteria.


TYPICAL DAY:

. Participants will wake-up at 7:30 am and go to bed at 11:30 pm.
. Training sessions are twice a day; 90 minutes of training in the morning and 90 minutes of training session and/or tournament play in the afternoon.
. The rest of the day both recreational and educational activities including a swimming pool, leisure time and communication time with families.
