Louise is a Fitness & Nutrition Coach, and a mother to 3 young boys. With a passion for exercise, food, health, nutrition and her children. As a qualified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist, her methods are incredibly moderate. But she does want to be a role model and educator. She wants to be a platform for sound, common sense, evidence-based exercise and nutrition information. She wants to show that she talks the talk and walks the walk and teaches others to do the same.
