First Mallorca

First Mallorca was founded in 1996 by Robert Maunder and Heidi Stadler. Today the company has 4 offices on the island, with plans to open 3 more before 2015. With an international team of currently 50 employees, service, especially after sales service, is a high priority. The product range includes apartments, villas, village houses, fincas, country estates and plots plus business & investment opportunities from our Commercial Division. First Mallorca also takes pride in its very successful Long Term Rental office.

First Mallorca wurde 1996 von Heidi Stadler und Robert Maunder gegründet. Heute hat das Unternehmen 4 Büros auf der Insel und plant, bis 2015 drei weitere zu eröffnen. Mit aktuell 50 internationalen Mitarbeitern wird Service, speziell auch der After-Sales Service, groß geschrieben. Die Produktpalette reicht von Apartments, Villen, Fincas und Landgütern bis hin zu Baugrundstücken und speziellen Objekten aus unserer Abteilung für Gewerbe- & Investment-Immobilien. First Mallorca ist ebenfalls stolz auf das sehr aktive Büro für Langzeitmieten.

Cuenta con una plantilla actual de 50 empleados internacionales, y ofrece servicio, en especial servicio post-venta, el cual está altamente valorado. La gama de productos varía desde apartamentos, áticos, villas, fincas y casas de campo, hasta solares y propiedades especiales de inversión de nuestra División Comercial. Además First Mallorca está muy orgullosa de su oficina dinámica de Alquileres de Larga Temporada.
