A very warm welcome to our property Chriconi which is situated right in the middle of the Binissalemn and the Pla y Levant wine region in the heart of the countryside of Mallorca. The Tramuntana mountains, UNESCO World Heritage Site, with peaks reaching more than 1,400 metres above sea level, are one of the beautiful views of the fica.

This exceptionnal country estate stands in 15.000 m2 in a seenic and quiet area, surrounded by mature trees and Mediterranean palm trees. This site will give you the ideal opportunity to a somewhat different Mallorca experience.

The style of the natural stone finca consists of a tasteful mix of Asian and Marjorcan elegance. The house abides numerous standards and provides all the mandated equipment and facilities (completely equipped kitchen, WIFI, SAT TV system, airconditionned bedrooms, central heating) which one needs for a relaxing holiday.

The finca, consisting of a masterhouse Luna and two guest houses, guest house Sol and guest house Mare, provides the optimum conditions and quiet zone for a great and relaxing holiday with friends or family.

The buildings are surrounding the pool, which can be childproofed on demand.

The finca, surrounded by the UNESCO World Heritage Site, the beautiful Tramuntana mountains, is an ideal starting point for everyone, as for hiking enthusiasts,bike lovers (bike garage available) and golfers (25 golf courses on the island can be reached in 35 minutes or less. The closest one is Golf Park Puntiro, 10 minutes drive.)

The property is very centrally located and thanks to its proximity to the motorway, all the majorcana attractions (restaurants & cafes, wineries, Palma, Tramuntana mountains, shopping centers, nightlife, etc…), can be reached in a short period of time by car.

In 25 minutes drive away from the finca you will find paradisiacal beaches and bays like Pollensa, Alcudia, Muro, Palma or gorgeous places like Can Pastilla, Arenal, Portixiol.
