The Biniforani Nou houses are situated on a vast family-owned farm of Moorish origin. With more than 700,000 m2 of woods and olive groves, this rural estate stretches out from the Valley of Biniforani to the mountain ranges of Teix and Alfabia.

Donkeys and sheep graze amongst orange, carob and olive trees, in this dreamlike rural setting with centuries-old hills, valleys and terraced fields.

The Villas

Our sober and imposing rural villa rises up over a spectacular viewpoint that dominates the views over the Valley of Biniforani, Palma Bay and the mountainous landscape of Serra de Tramuntana.

The old rural buildings were renovated and extended with stately rooms in the early 20th century, keeping the original structure round a traditional paved courtyard, the ‘clastra’, which welcomes visitors on their arrival. As well as the stately home, the estate includes several farm buildings, an olive-oil mill and a house for the landlords/caretakers.

All these constructions were recently modernised for guests’ comfort and to provide all the services required. While renovating we have ensured that the essence and charm of the old rural stately homes has been preserved, paying special attention to the details that make them authentic and unique.

The stately home has two large floors with eight outward-facing double rooms with ensuite bathrooms, wide halls, several living rooms, a dining room and kitchen, a service area and a utility room.

All the rooms are spacious, bright and fresh, and offer at the same time a cosy and relaxing environment.

Biniforani Nou has a very spacious outdoor area, where you can find spots to relax, a dining area and barbecue, and a large swimming pool with a solarium, affording spectacular views.

The house is ideal for groups of people and families to enjoy and relax. Finca Biniforani Nou is the perfect place to spend a few days on holiday and experience the history and authenticity of the Mediterranean countryside.
