Aprender idiomas en cursos de orientación comunicativa es el sentido principal de nuestros cursos, al tiempo que disfrutas de tus vacaciones en un lugar ideal de la geografía gallega como son las Rías Bajas, más concretamente en O Grove, donde se encuentra nuestra escuela de lenguas.

La otra característica fundamental de nuestros cursos, y que consideramos esencial a la hora de completar el carácter comunicativo de los mismos, es la convivencia con alumnos extranjeros que participan en cursos de español, ya que tanto el alojamiento como las atcividades extra-académicas se realizan conjuntamente: excursiones, fiestas, cenas, actividades culturales y deportivas,...
Además de la posibilidad de tener contactos y amistades internacionales es una buena oportunidad para realizar intercambios lingüísticos.

Es por ello, por los más de 25 años de experiencia que nos avalan y por el aumento de la demanda, que este año volvemos a programar estos cursos que a continuación pasamos a detallar.

Galicien, das einstige Land der Kelten, gilt als eine der schönsten, kulturhistorisch interessantesten und vom ausländischen Tourismus wohl noch unberührtesten Regionen Spaniens.

Längs der galicischen Rías, d.h. der weit ins Landesinnere einschneidenden Meeresarme, reihen sich Strände, Felsküsten und Flußmündungen in stetem Wechsel aneinander.

An der Mündung der Ría de Arousa in den Atlantik liegt O Grove, ein kleines Hafenstädtchen auf einer landschaftlich reizvollen Halbinsel, die nur durch eine schmale Landzunge mit dem Festland verbunden ist.

Der lebhafte Ort hat etwa 15.000 Einwohner, lebt vorwiegend von Muschelzucht und Fischfang und bietet in seiner näheren Umgebung eine beachtliche Zahl von geschützten Badebuchten oder zum offenen Atlantik hinaus liegenden feinsandigen Stränden, die auch im Hochsommer nicht überfüllt sind. In Spanien gilt der Ort als das Paradies der Meeresfrüchte.

Die Sprachschule, ein traditioneller galicischer Bau aus Naturstein, befindet sich im Zentrum des Ortes, gleich neben der Plaza del Ayuntamiento und nur 2 Minuten vom Fischereihafen entfernt. Das Gebäude ist völlig renoviert und verfügt über moderne Klassenräume, Gemeinschaftseinrichtungen und eine Terrasse.

Tipp: Da die Sprachschule im Sommer neben ihren Spanischkursen auch Englisch-, Deutsch-, Französisch- und Italienischkurse für Spanier anbietet, bieten wir im Juli und August eine gemeinsame Unterkunft mit spanischen Studenten an. Das Freizeit- und Kulturprogramm findet ebenfalls gemeinsam statt.

Die Gastronomie O Groves ist vielseitig und bietet Abwechslung für sehr unterschiedliche Ansprüche, wie es in einer kleinen Stadt von dieser Größe eigentlich nicht zu erwarten ist: Zahlreiche gemütliche Tavernen und Restaurants sorgen für das leibliche Wohl mit Tapas, Speisen und Weinen der Region. Und stilvolle Cafés, Kneipen und Discotheken bieten Abwechslung auch zu fortgeschrittener Stunde.

Das Klima ist atlantisch und das ganze Jahr über angenehm mild. Die Sommer sind weitgehend trocken mit Tageshöchsttemperaturen zwischen 25 und 33 Grad.

Als nahegelegene Ausflugsziele empfehlen wir die Altstadt des berühmten Wallfahrtsortes Santiago de Compostela (70 km), die Provinzhauptstadt Pontevedra (35 km), die den Rías vorgelagerten Inseln Ons und Las Cíes oder den schönen Norden Portugals.

Für Erkundungen der näheren Umgebung oder auch einfach als Fortbewegungsmittel können tage-, wochen- oder kursweise Fahrräder gemietet werden.

Das Leben der Einheimischen steht noch in sehr enger Verbindung zum Meer. Die Gallegos gelten als sehr gastfreundlich und stehen Ausländern aufgeschlossen und interessiert gegenüber.

O Grove is a typical Galician fishing port situated on the North coast of a pretty little peninsula joined to the mainland only by a narrow strip of beach and sand dunes. Overlooking the "Ria de Arousa" and the Atlantic Ocean, O Grove is a paradise for those who love the sea and the delicacies it provides.

Eating out is no problem here. There is a baffling variety of seafood and other local dishes offered in a range of establishments catering for all tastes and pockets. And afterwards, if you feel like it, bars, cafes and discos ensure a lively night life which can often continue until dawn... The town has 15,000 inhabitants and the tourists who visit the area during the summer are mainly from Spain.

If you climb the Monte Siradella, you will see for yourself how this peninsula is surrounded by the sea. So it is not surprising that even at the height of the season it is easy to find a quiet spot on one of the area's many beautiful little sheltered beaches. And if you prefer a more lively atmosphere, the famous 3km long Lanzada beach is perfect for everything from volleyball to wind surfing.

If you want to explore, it is possible to hire bicycles for the day or week, and further afield, day trips by car or bus to the delightful city of Santiago de Compostela, to the Portuguese Peneda National Park, to the unspoilt island paradises of Ons and Cies (by boat) or to the famous "Costa de la Muerte" are perfectly feasable.

Francais:
La Galice, ancienne terre des celtes, est réputée pour être une des régions espagnoles les plus intéressantes historiquement et culturellement et la moins affectée par le tourisme international.

A l'embouchure de la "Ría de Arousa" se trouve le village de O Grove, port typique de pêcheurs d'environ 15.000 habitants qui forme une péninsule bordée par l'Atlantique, reliée au continent par une bande de terre.

Les grandes richesses de O Grove sont la pêche et le ramassage des fruits de mer d'où sa réputation de "paradis des fruits de mer". On peut y trouver des plages de toutes sortes, tranquilles et jolies, des criques ou des plages de sable fin, plus fréquentées mais jamais saturées pendant la haute saison.

Le climat y est océanique et la douceur règne toute l'année. Les étés sont plutôt secs et la température oscille entre 25 et 33°C.

Les Galiciens, bien que très liés à la mer, ont la réputation d'être accueillants et très ouverts.

O Grove è il tipico borgo di pescatori galiziano situato sulla costa nord della bella penisola unita alla terra ferma da una piccola striscia di spiaggia e dune di sabbia. Affacciato sulla "Rìa de Arousa" e l'Oceano Atlantico, O Grove è un paradiso per coloro che amano il mare e le delicatezze che offre.

Qui mangiare fuori non è un problema. C'è una grande varietà di frutti di mare e altri piatti locali pronti a soddisfare tutti i gusti e tutte le tasche! Inoltre, per chi ama la vita notturna, molti bar, caffè e discoteche, assicurano il divertimento fino a molto tardi... La città ha 15.000 abitanti e il turismo estivo è per la maggior parte spagnolo.

Se vi arrampicate sul monte Siradella voi stessi vi renderete conto di come la penisola sia interamente circondata dal mare. Per questo non deve sorprenderci il fatto che anche in alta stagione non sarà difficile trovare spiagge belle e tranquille in zone protette e incontaminate.
Se invece preferite un'atmosfera più vivace, allora la famosa spiaggia della Lanzada, lunga 3 km, è perfetta per ogni attività, dalla pallavolo al surf.

Se, invece, volete dedicarvi all'esplorazione, allora potete affittare biciclette per una giornata o per l'intera settimana e, se volete allontanarvi di più, è possibile realizzare escursioni in macchina o in autobus a Santiago de Compostela, al Parco Nazionale Portoghese Panda, alle isole Cies o Ons (in barca) o verso la famosa Costa della Morte.
