During our session I provide a fun, safe, efficient and effective program that is geared to your level of fitness. I will push you, I will challenge you, only to help you grow in fitness and health. I love adding a balance of strength and gymnastic based programming combined with cardiovascular training. I am here for you! With each session we go through progressions and press towards milestones. we also prioritize your goals, work on weakness to make sure we are building a firm foundation. I welcome anyone of any age to come train with me :)
