A Spanish company is looking for investor to create a Theme Park in Costa Adeje in the south of Tenerife, consisting of two main attractions: the HiFlyer ride and an open air cinema. The HiFlyer is an attraction that provides passengers with a thrilling experience of a balloon flight.

Creation of the entertainment centre requires 7,500,000 euro.

Santander bank is supporting the project with 6,000,000 euro.

El Globo de Tenerife S.L. is looking for investments from private investor in amount of 1,500,000 euros in exchange of 20% equity and 10% of interest generated.

El Globo de Tenerife entertainment complex with the workload at 35% and the turnover of 3,500,000 euro it will pay off in 6 years. With the workload at 50% and the turnover of 5,000,000 euro it will pay off in 3 years.
