The spacious penthouse is beautifully situated in the hills east of Marbella surrounded by beautiful nature and cork oaks. The penthouse is located in the El Bosque complex in La Mairena at an altitude of 320 meters. Due to the elevated position you can enjoy stunning views over the green valley to the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains of Mijas. The small complex El Bosque consists of five apartment buildings of two stores high. The complex is fully fenced and has a beautiful communal garden with a large swimming pool and a separate pool for children. The pools are surrounded by sun terraces with free use of sun beds.

On the beach you will find a lot of excellent restaurants (chirinquitos) and bars where you can also hire sun beds and umbrellas. The luxurious and famous beach club Nikki Beach Club Marbella is also located on the beautiful beach of Elviria. In Elviria you will also find several supermarkets, a wide choice of good international restaurants, tapas bars and terraces. The cosmopolitan resort of Marbella and the beautiful harbor Puerto Banus can be reached by car within 20 minutes.
