El Atico Azul is located in a quiet residential area, where many Mallorcan (including Rafa Nadal) spend their holidays. The apartment is just 100-150 meters from the white sand beach with turquoise blue water and 300 meters from the marina, between the cliffs of Porto Cristo. Plenty of good restaurants, cozy lounge bars and cafes on the promenade to the marina and the village center of Porto Cristo. Chill out nightlife district in the riverside of the port of Porto Cristo can be easily reached by foot in few minutes. Besides the many beautiful Bays and sandy beaches located within a few minutes drive, you can also visit the famous Caves of Drach located in Porto Cristo.
This penthouse is located in a three-family house with a private sunny terrace, where can enjoy a cool glass of white wine in a cozy family atmosphere over the sunset.
I'm staying between Switzerland and Porto Cristo and I live in the house beside El Atico Azul.
If I'm around is always a pleasure to meet the guest and help them with anything they may need (both for the flat but also given tips on "secret" beaches, great restaurants, etc..
If I'm not there my neighbors Miguel and Maite who live just downstairs from the Atico Azul are there to give the keys and prepare the flat with all the fresh bed linen, towels and a complementary welcome package
The place is very quiet in a residential area of Porto Cristo but very close (always walking distance) to the beach, city and the port. Actually is very important for us to find guest that are respectful with the life in the neighborhood. We have a great family atmosphere and excellent relations with the quiet and friendly people living around and we would like to keep it as is now.
Parking: public and free slots are available in all the neighbor. I always park my car just in front of the house.
Public Transport: thanks of having the Caves of Drach in the village, we have excellent connection to all part of the island. There is also a shuttle bus to the Airport which picks/drops you from a nearby (5 min walking) hotel.
