Dunkerbeck GPS Speed Challenge

The philosophy of the Dunkerbeck GPS Speed Challenge is to introduce more windsurfers into the speed discipline through a pro-am event, open to all ages and groups with the aim to get faster and break your PB (Personal Best: individual fastest times).
GPS technology will allow us to control the average speed on the 250 meters course of each and every participant on the event.
Fuerteventura, with its constant trade winds and flat water, is one of the best spots in the world to hold a speed event. We will continue to run the successful PRO AM format, where riders with different abilities are able to compete together with the fastest windsurfers in the world. The spot of Matas Blancas in the south of Fuerteventura will provide a fantastic ground for amateur and professional riders to sail together in a 250m long course.
