In connection with the April 2016 COTTON LOUNGE CLUB launch in downtown Ibiza, The COTTON GROUP launches a new coffee bar concept based not just on quality drink but on superfoods and an ambience to make you want to loaf around and come back for more.

Taking cues from the European trend of quality coffee based on micro roaster products and prepared by passionate, proud baristas, COTTON is picking up the glove for Ibiza as the place coffee lovers on the White Island has been waiting for for a long time.

Push-of-a-button-automated-coffee is off limits at Cotton. COTTON COFFEE’s java is freshly ground, weighed and counted with care, brewed with mineral water at exact temperatures – before adding fresh organic milk steamed to perfection.
COTTON’S latte art experts have learnt from the best and present everything from the classics to American Maple Saga Latte, to Colombian Ice Coffee, and Espresso Martinis.

The baristas work with the finest coffee beans and adhere strictly to a set of dogma rules on water preparation and milk steaming. 90% of a coffee is water, so it’s better be good or nothing will be right.

COFFEE WITH A GLOW

COTTON COFFEE aims to attract a different segment from coffee chains like Starbucks, Costa, and Nero by offering a beautiful, clean design space with fabulous sea views towards Formentera, Es Cavallet, and Playa Den Bossa.
With a beautiful terrace for starting the day for the town’s night revellers, COTTON COFFEE targets the sinners as well as the health crowd with a superlative Hangover/Health Breakfast.
This concept offers a hefty morning meal created for the crowd living the Ibiza nightlife with a sane version for fitness lovers, who like to start the day with an early morning run or yoga on the beach before sitting down with some healthy, beautiful food.

SUPERFOODS & FITNESS
Blueberry, almond and quinoa smoothie Bowls, matcha pistachio bliss balls, acai served in a fresh coconut, honey marinated figs, banana pancakes with blueberry topping, matcha croissants. This is the future of gluten-free, low-carb breakfast alternatives that taste incredible and do good things for your health.

COTTON COFFEE also serves chicken sandwiches on spelt bread, buckwheat muesli with berries and kefir, as well as eggs with avocado, quinoa and vegetables…
Twice weekly, as part of our Breakfast Club offer, guests are invited to join in for Cotton Beach Fit with the COTTON crew on Figueretas Beach for free.
