WELCOME TO CASA VIDA

Our three-bedroom villa with pool, air conditioning and free WiFi access, nestling in the Benimeit hills on the Costa Blanca, has breathtaking views of the Teulada valley, Moraira and the Mediterranean Sea.

This spacious, detached residence, set on a 1284 sq metre plot, is approached via a sweeping drive through iron gates to a large turning/parking area next to the double arched carport and garage.


LIVING AREAS

A short flight of wide steps leads to the spacious accommodation which, together with the pool terrace, is then all on one level.

You enter through a large glazed naya (or covered terrace). This room is furnished for dining and affords year round panoramic views of Moraira and the Mediterranean Sea.

A set of double doors allows easy access to an open naya and pool terrace. A wide arch leads to the lounge which is comfortably and tastefully furnished and contains a remote-controlled terrestrial and satellite HD LED television and CD hi-fi unit. Free WiFi access is available throughout the villa. Double glazed French doors in the lounge, with integral shutter and mosquito screen also allow access to the pool terrace. Both rooms have remote-controlled air conditioning.


KITCHEN

The modern kitchen is fully equiped (double stainless-steel sink, dishwasher, microwave/grill, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, two electric multi-purpose fan ovens, electric coffee maker, electric toaster, juicer, etc). Ample table and cooking ware is provided together with all usual equipment and utensils. The kitchen is also air conditioned.


BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

An archway leads from the kitchen to the sleeping accommodation. This comprises three large double rooms, each with bedside tables, touch lights and built-in wardrobes with coat hangers. The master bedroom is complete with a luxury ensuite bathroom with corner jacuzzi bath, separate shower cubicle and twin basins set in an elegant illuminated vanity unit.

Bedroom 2 has two single beds and its own washhand basin.

Bedroom 3, has a double bed and is situated opposite the family bathroom and the guest WC.

All bedrooms and living areas have remote-controlled airconditioning/heating and ceiling fans and all bedrooms and bathrooms have mosquito screens. The bedrooms also have window shutters. This makes our villa comfortable at all times of the year.


THE GARDENS

Outside the kitchen, there is a utility room with a washing machine and double sink unit and an extra shower room with WC and washhand basin. The garden consist of several landscaped terraces to the front and rear of the villa, and are planted with palm trees, Bougainvilleas, Oleanders, Yuccas and many other local shrubs. The main, secluded terrace, contains the 9.5m by 5m pool, the outside naya, the casita (little house) with BBQ, sun loungers, tables and chairs – all with wonderful panoramic sea views.

The swimming pool, terrace, casita with BBQ and naya are all illuminated – ideal for a midnight swim!


SPECIAL FEATURES

For your further security and peace of mind, the villa is equipped with a sophisticated remote-controlled alarm system, smoke detectors and a filtered, standby water supply with high-power electric pump.


INFORMATION

Our local Agent, Marina Wuyts of Gietmann Services, looks after the general maintenance of the villa and is also available to help make your holiday as enjoyable as possible. This may be advice on where to go or what to do, or help and assistance in the event of an emergency. She will meet you at the start of your holiday and escort you to the villa and show you in. When you are leaving, she will be at hand to discuss any problems you might have had.
