Casa Rosa - the perfect Villa for your Holiday on the 'white island' Ibiza.

The House was built just under 5 years ago, and is ideal for large groups of friends wanting to visit the island. It happily holds 10 people, and there is even room to hold 5 more if necessary.

The House has 5 big luxury bedrooms, 4 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen & 3 living rooms. Outside there is a beautiful garden, this combined with a large terrace & bbq area which is around the fantastic pool, this creates its a very exclusive and private location.


Inside the House you have 350 square meters of living space, enough space for you & your Group to enjoy the best time of the year either inside or out!

The House contains 9 air-conditioning units! Ensuring that you can all remain very cool during your stay in the villa, which is essential during the hottest times in peak season.

The beautiful surrounding grounds contain hundreds of fruit trees, there is 25.000 square meters! With NO direct neighbours you can be sure to enjoy your stay in Casa Rosa with PRIVACY!!

The House is decorated with a gorgeous modern minimal look, with an exciting splash of colour added in each room bringing it all together perfectly. (All furnishings are new and very modern).

While outside you have the new large pool, new sun loungers & bbq area which is complimented by the gorgeous surroundings during the day and at night it is perfectly lite up for outside eating /relaxing...or partying!

There is the facility for safe outside parking for up to 10 Cars.

If need to have a music system during your stay, there is the posibility to pre order & book the DJ-Equipment from us (Pioneer CDJ-1000 MK3, Technics 1210 Record Player, Speaker, Amp., etc.).

We can also arrange a private Driving Service / Taxi for you all so that you get picked up and dropped off to the villa at any time day or night.

As Ibiza Town is only a few Minutes driving away you can get to the some of islands nicest Restaurants in a few Minutes. We can recommend you many good Places to eat and to have drinks if you are interested.

Probably the best Feature of the House is that you are close enough to everything that is fun (!) but also far enough away from it to also be able to relax peacefully!!
