UBICAZIONE
Viviamo in un VILLAGGIO SUL MARE e mettiamo a disposizione dei nostri ospiti la casa sotto a quella in cui viviamo; è la tipica casa bianca "da vacanze al mare", e l'abbiamo arredata e decorata con uno stile fresco e originale... sicuramente vi ci troverete perfettamente a vostro agio fin da subito.
La nostra sistemazione è l'ideale in Tenerife per chi cerca pace e relax. Il villaggio di Abades è un luogo estremamente tranquillo. Abbiamo una bellissima spiaggia sabbiosa che è usata soprattutto da persone del posto: non è una spiaggia affollata di turisti neppure nell'alta stagione o nei giorni festivi: qui non esistono traffico, andirivieni di automobili, affollamento, rumore... questo posto è una piccola perla proprio per questi motivi: è un angolo nascosto che in pochi conoscono ed è amato da chi cerca la pace. Allo stesso tempo, tutto ciò di cui abbiate bisogno è a portata di mano. Questo posto è davvero strategico! Qui, potrete rilassarvi sulla spiaggia godendo di un sole caldo che splende tutto l'anno, o praticare molti sport: sport acquatici (immersioni, surf, etc.); sport di montagna (arrampicata, trekking, mountain bike, bicicletta da strada corsa in montagna).
I campi da tennis, basket e calcetto del villaggio sono a uso gratuito.

Potrete visitare le principali attrazioni dell'isola e i parchi di divertimento, e divertirvi anche di notte nella vicina Las Americas, che pullula di locali.
Saremo a vostra disposizione per fornirvi informazioni e suggerimenti in modo che non vi perdiate le tappe obbligatorie e in modo che possiate pianificare un soggiorno perfetto.

ALLOGGIO
La struttura, familiare ed accogliente, dista solo 400 METRI DALLA SPIAGGIA. Possiede in totale 6 posti letto distribuiti in due camere: una camera con due letti singoli (che possono unirsi in letto matrimoniale) dotata di ampio armadio e ventilatore ed una camera con 4 letti dotata di due armadi con ante a specchio, armadietti chiudibili a chiave e ventilatore. Soggiorno con divani, TV, DVD, radio-CD, chitarra, libri e giochi di società, una cucina a vista completamente equipaggiata (due forni a microonde, macchina per il caffè, frigorifero, piano cottura con 4 piastre in vetroceramica, piatti, bicchieri, stoviglie e accessori vari); un bancone ed tavolini con sgabelli. La struttura dispone di bagno completo con doccia (incluso asciugacapelli). Gli ospiti potranno usufruire di una terrazza coperta con tavolo grande (trasformabile in tavolo da ping-pong), sedie, biliardino e freccette, nonché di una terrazza superiore scoperta (zona di passaggio in comune con le proprietarie) dotata di tenda parasole estensibile, sdraio, lettino da sole, tavolini e sedie.

LOCATION
Nice and cozy Holiday House: we live in a house by the sea and we let one floor of the house open to guests; the house looks like the typical all-white beach-town house; we have decorated it in a fresh and original style, and we are sure that you are going to make yourself at home the very moment you walk through the door.
Our location is unique in Tenerife for all those who are in search of peace and relaxation. The town of Abades is extremely quiet. We have a lovely sandy beach that's only used by resident people, there's no loads of people coming up here everyday, and even on the highest peaks of holydays we never witness crowd, noise, car traffic and stuff. This place is a little pearl just because it is what it is: a hidden spot where only those who know it, and who treasure peace, will go. This being said, everything you might need is at a ridiculous distance from the village. This is such a strategic spot! Here, you can relax on the beach or practice a lot of sports: water sports (scuba diving, surf, etc.), mountain sports (climbing, trekking, mountain bike, running).
COURT SPORTS (THE TENNIS, BASKETBALL, AND SOCCER COURTS OF THE VILLAGE) ARE FOR FREE USE!
You can visit the main islands attractions and fun parks, and have fun at night in nearby Las Americas, where the party's always on.
We'll be very available to provide you with info and tips so that you won't miss the island's must-see's and so that you can plan a perfect stay here.

HOUSE
THE HOUSE IS JUST 400 METERS AWAY FROM A BEAUTIFUL SANDY BEACH! “Casa Querida” is cozy and familiar. Basement apartment, 7 beds in two rooms: master bedroom with double bed that can be split into two single beds, with large closet, bed-mosquito net and a fan, and a room with five beds, two wardrobes with mirror doors, lockable cabinets and fan. Living-room/lounge with sofas, TV, DVD, radio-CD player, guitar, books and board games, a fully equipped kitchen (two microwave ovens, coffee maker, refrigerator+freezer, stove with 4 ceramic hot plates, glasses, dishes and accessories), counter with stools and a table. The property features one full bathroom with shower (hairdryer included). Guests can enjoy a large covered terrace with a dinner table that can be converted into a ping-pong table, chairs, table soccer and darts, as well as a sunny upper terrace with extendable awning, deck chair, a sunlounger, tables and chairs.

INCLUDED in your stay: a set of sheets, a blanket, a set of towels, WI-FI in the upper terrace and internet connection cable inside the house.

NOTES
The owners live in the apartment on the top floor and are available for any need of their guests. The owners have two cats but they're not allowed into the guests area and house.
