Casa Owens

Irene and Paul invite you to spend a relaxing time at Casa Owens.

Casa Owens is located in the province of Alicante, on the popular La Marina Urbanisation. It is located a 5 minute walk to lots of bars, restaurants, shops and a supermarket. The attractive La Marina beach is just a 10 minute drive away, and a bus service runs every hour in the high season.

The villa is ideally situated for exploring the local area, including the medieval city of Elche and the beaches of Santa Pola and Guardamar del Segura.

We are offering a home from home stay in the master bedroom, with king size bed in a private villa, complete with large ensuite facilities including bath and separate shower. The room leads to a balcony with wonderful views over the estate to Guardamar. The bedroom comes with heating in the low season, air conditioning, tea and coffee making facilities, fridge and free wifi. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with toiletries and a hairdryer.

The villa has a private outdoor swimming pool and sunbathing area, shared only with the English owners.

A buffet breakfast is served every morning at Casa Owens, however a cooked breakfast can be arranged at extra cost.

Unfortunately the villa is not suitable for those with limited mobility, due to steps and stairs.

Alicante Airport is 30 minutes’ drive away where car hire is available if required.

Prices are 40 Euros per room per night in the Low Season, or 50 Euros per night in the High Season.

There is a minimum stay of 2 days.
