This is a brand new Villa newly furnished in 2014 using only high quality furnishings that provide that home from home feel. The villa is single storey and located on The Five Star Hacienda Del Alamo Resort which is in the town of Fuente Alamo de Murcia in Murcia South East Spain. The town is South East of Murcia city located just off the new RM2 highway.
The region is often known as the Costa Calida which translates to the warm coast due to the consistently good weather the area enjoys and it is rapidly becoming the first choice for visitors to Spain due to the beautiful unspoilt countryside.

The location of the villa is perfect, it is very central within the resort, close to the golf academy and the clubhouse with it’s bar terrace bar and 2 restaurants. Hacienda Del Alamo Golf Resort is situated in a beautiful, secluded part of Spain, 4km from the village of Fuente Alamo and only a short drive from the beautiful Mar Menor with its stunning beaches and consistently warm climate.


The villa consists of a large entrance hall with an archway into an open plan living dining area leading into the good sized open plan kitchen. The kitchen is fully fitted with a range of units as well as a fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. It is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, saucepans, serving plates, glasses etc. for 6 people. A Utility cupboard in the hall includes a line dryer, broom, mop, dustpan, ironing board , iron etc.


The villa offers 2 bedrooms which comfortably sleep 4 adults and both bedrooms have bedside tables and lamps, large fitted triple wardrobes with hanging rail and drawers and luxurious padded headboards. Bed linen is included and quality beds and soft pillows that are all hypoallergenic ensure a comfortable nights sleep for everyone.

The master suite has it's own private entrance out onto the terrace providing the opportunity to lie in bed with a cup of tea and look out of the doors onto the sunny garden, pure bliss! The master suite also has a luxurious bathroom consisting of bath with overhead shower with a full size wash basin in vanity unit and a lavatory.

Situated next to bedroom 2, the bathroom consists of walk in shower, large basin unit, lavatory and bidet.

In the lounge area there is a luxurious chaise longue corner sofa which has a built in very comfortable double sofa bed which can sleep a further 2 adults. In the lounge entertainment is catered for with a selection of English books and games, TV with Freeview channels, Wii console, DVD player and a large selection of DVDs for both adults and children. There is an open plan dining area with a contemporary style table and 4 leather chairs. This table also extends out to seat 6 people comfortably.


From the living area there are doors to a large covered terrace. The shady arched terrace with its stunning views of the pool is perfect at any time of the day for al fresco dining.
The lovely garden is perfect for evening dining in the privacy of your own garden. There is a large patio table and 6 chairs and rattan lounge furniture for lazy evenings chilling. The terrace also extends out into the garden to accommodate the 4 comfortable sun loungers.

The beautiful garden also has a gate that leads directly out to the communal pool that is shared by only 8 properties. The pool has seating around it and it is always quiet and private so much so that it has the feel of a private pool.

An outside tiled staircase at the front of the property takes you to the roof terrace which is ideal for all day sun and the panoramic views of the countryside and distant hills surrounding the plateau on which the Hacienda del Alamo resort nestles.

The villa is warm air heated in winter and air conditioned in summer – the preferred temperature can easily be selected via the thermostat and hot water is always available.

Please note that there is a 60 Euro cleaning charge at the end of each stay that must be paid to the management company on the resort.

The villa is based on the Hacienda del Alamo Golf Resort. The Hacienda del Alamo in Fuente Alamo, Murcia is one of the finest resorts in southern Spain. It features a number of restaurants and bars, a large sporting centre and many communal swimming pools throughout the resort. The Spanish village features an Irish bar / restaurant, beauty shop, arts and crafts store with many other facilities opening shortly.

The Club House Restaurant and Café-Bar enjoy one of the best locations of the entire resort, overlooking the golf course and mountains. Its an ideal place to enjoy some of Murcia’s culinary delights or just relax after a good game of golf. The menus offer a wide range of choices at reasonable prices.
