Casa Bellamar is situated one hour from Barcelona on the Costa Dorada, in the coastal town of Calafell, mid-way between Barcelona and Tarragona. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood with fantastic views of the sea and bordered on one side by pine forest.

The house has two double bedrooms (but can sleep up to 5 persons), large living-room with open fireplace, bathroom and kitchen. There is a spacious terrace and 300 m2 of garden, filled with Mediterranean plants and trees. The garden is entirely fenced in and includes off-street parking for one car.

The house is less than 10 minutes drive from shops, bars, restaurants, beaches, train station, chemist and medical centre. The nearest beach is 15 minutes away on foot. Trains to Barcelona run every 30 minutes. Barcelona and Reus (Tarragona) airports are within easy reach (45 minutes by car).

Calafell is also 1/2 hour from the historic Roman city of Tarragona. Set in the Penedes wine region, which includes Spain's only Cava-producing vineyards, Calafell is within easy reach of some of Catalonia's most interesting places to visit: the quaint but popular beach resort of Sitges (20 mins.), Reus (30 mins.) with some of the finest examples of Modernist architecture outside of Barcelona, 3 of Catalonia's most impressive monasteries - Poblet, Santes Creus & Santa Maria de Vallbona - all from the 12th century, as well as being close to Barcelona itself.
