Junto al Parque Nacional de Monfragüe, rodeada de una naturaleza exuberante y generosa ha abierto sus puertas Casa Babel. Situada en Torrejón el Rubio, dentro del área declarada como Reserva de la Biosfera por la UNESCO, nuestra casa rural es un alojamiento de ecoturismo de nueva construcción formado por cuatro habitaciones que respiran calma y bienestar.

Inspirada en la naturaleza, la casa ha sido edificada siguiendo criterios de arquitectura sostenible y respeto medioambiental, apostando por la energía solar, los recursos renovables y las nuevas tecnologías.

Casa Babel, un espacio acogedor y abierto al mundo que apuesta por un tipo de vivienda más humana y respetuosa con su entorno. Un lugar donde se unen la luz, los colores y aromas del bosque mediterráneo.

Casa Babel is a beautiful rural accommodation for birders located on the gateway of Monfragüe National Park, one of the best birding areas in Europe. The ideal central point for exploring Central and North Extremadura, its rich natural biodiversity and its birds, as well as the stunning medieval towns of Trujillo, Cáceres and Guadalupe.

A superb base for birdwatchers and nature lovers surrounded by some of the best preserved ecosystem of Extremadura, where is possible to watch the 360 bird species who has been recorded in 2012 in Extremadura, 196 of which are breeding species.

Casa Babel has been highly recommended in 2012 by The Sunday Times and has been also awarded with the Certificate of Excellence by the prestigious travel website TripAdvisor, being the best valued accommodation in Monfragüe National Park and one of the best valued in Extremadura.

Our ecotourism accommodation was built according to sustainable architecture principles, has four comfortables double rooms with ensuite bathrooms and is rented by rooms with B&B or whole house rental.
