Calidum is the “lifestyle property investment” brand.

●Property, because accomodation is – besides health and nutrition – the basic need of mankind. Plus we are experienced in it.

●Investment, because apart from enjoyable soft facts, money is the ruling hard fact of business. We are not about to rule the world or taking part at the “big game”, but we found our niche market, know what we are doing and love returns.

Since 2008, Johannes and his team are living in South of Spain and working in finance and real estate. Who found their way through the financial and real estate crisis, is capable to utilize the chances of recovering markets. Calidum is organized in three departments, that are creating synergies between each other:
