Cabopino Villa

Cabopino Villa is a self-contained property that is ideal for a family or group of families and friends wishing to share. The house is very child friendly, offering extra safety with a set of lockable gates that can be closed anytime. This allows you to keep children safely on the grounds and away from the heated pool.

The Villa has five bedrooms spreading across two floors, spacious sun terrance and balcony, garden filled with exotic palm trees and plants, heated pool, jacuzzi hot tub and protected on-site parking for up to three cars. The grounds are surrounded by a sturdy fence with electronic gates, giving you extra privacy.

On the ground floor you can find a lounge, kitchen with dining area, bathroom and two bedrooms. The upper floor has three bedrooms, and two family bathrooms. The master bedroom features en-suite and patio door leading to the terrace with a hot tub. There is another access to the terrace through a second double bedroom.

The lounge has two comfortable three-seater sofas and a single armchair. There is also a plasma TV which can be paired with an external drive or laptop so you can watch your favourite films if you feel like. Two of the bedrooms and a family bathroom on the upper floor can be easily isolated from the rest of the villa by locking an internal door. This makes the area a separate suite which still has access to all the facilities in the villa.

The luxurious kitchen featuring a stunning granite work-surface contains everything you need to cook a hearty meal. Additionally, there is a sandwich maker, electric grill and integrated coffee maker. For your increased convenience, we installed a dishwasher, too. The dining area has a table with six chairs. To make your holiday dining truly special, why not visit the local market and purchase some fresh locally-sourced produce?

Off the kitchen is a utility room which has a combined washing machine and tumble drier. An ironing board and iron are also provided, so no need to panic if you spill a drink on your favourite top.

All bedrooms and bathrooms are accessible from the hallway. Three bedrooms have king-size beds and patio doors leading to the terrace or balcony. One bedroom has two single beds and the fifth bedroom has another single bed. You can find two travel cots in the villa, too. Fitted wardrobes with ample storage are provided to all but the single bedroom.

Whatever the weather

There are air-conditioning units in the lounge, kitchen and all bedrooms except for the single one. Nonetheless, ceiling fans are provided as standard to all rooms – no exceptions. Now you can enjoy your stay even during summer months when the weather gets very hot.

Outside Cabopino Villa, you can enjoy your siesta on the terrace or balcony. There are eleven loungers, recliners and three parasols available on approximately 90m2. There is plenty of external lighting on the terrace, balcony and the well-established gardens. You can usually enjoy the sunshine over 300 days every year that bathes the grounds from dawn to dusk.

The lower terrace is fully sheltered by the balcony and there are three ceiling fans to provide more refuge from the summer heat and sun. The seating area has two three-seater sofas and a dining table with six chairs. There is also a drinks chiller and a commercial-sized BBQ – you don’t need to travel all way down to Australia to throw some shrimp on the barbie!

The balcony has two electrically operated todos (awnings) to give you extra shade if required and a luxurious jacuzzi hot tub. Exotic vegetation such as palm trees, lemon, orange and olive trees, growing in the garden, adorn the upper terrace yet through the plants you can grab a glimpse of the nearby sea.

The heated pool and hot tub are, of course, available for your use. If required the heating is charged out at an extra £100 per week. The pool heater is turned off at the beginning of June until the end of September as the sun provides sufficient amount of heat to keep the water warm and refreshing. Another WC is located just off the ground floor terrace and an external shower is available at the side of the pool. The jacuzzi hot tub comes with a built-in light and stereo system that can be paired with your iPod. For those who wish to stay fit a cross-trainer is also provided.

It’s all about your safety

Cabopino Villa is alarmed and the system is connected to a local security company. For additional security, electrically operated external shutters are provided to patio doors and windows. These will also help you to keep the villa cool. The front gate is operated by an electronic system with a security camera to ensure no one is allowed on the premises without your knowing.

The Villa is situated only a few minutes away from both the beach and the port and you have a couple of options how to access these. You can either walk through the panoramic nature reserve Dunas de Artola or enjoy a short stroll in the streets surrounded by picturesque villas.
