BROS es un nuevo concepto gastronómico, que integra la tradición de la cocina al carbón con la última tecnología disponible en el rubro, ofreciendo productos y servicios creados con mucha pasión, bajo un diseño arquitectónico contemporáneo y funcional. Los materiales utilizados son rústicos y simples como el fierro oxidado, iluminación que genera cierta nostalgia al pasado, estanterías que te dan un ambiente de almacén antiguo, barras cubiertas con listones de construcción y paredes cubiertas de ladrillo quemado.

Nos sentimos felices de haber obtenido un gran resultado, un producto elaborado con equipamiento de vanguardia, usado en la alta cocina internacional.

Nuestra cocina a la vista nos permite compartir con el cliente la pasión que tenemos por este oficio.

Con BROS consideramos que hemos colaborado a la democratización de la gastronomía, productos con mucha calidad a precio justo, nuestra meta es ofertar el mejor producto, servicio y ambientación que hemos podido crear, fruto de un arduo esfuerzo de investigación y desarrollo.

Para nosotros es muy importante promover los productos nacionales por esta razón, reinventamos el cocktail más tradicional de nuestro país, el chuflay, hecho en base a nuestra bebida bandera el singani. Inspirados en esta bebida y en nuestros jugos típicos, creamos los Chuflays de autor:

The materials used are rustic and simple as oxidized iron, lighting that generates nostalgia to the past, shelves that give you an atmosphere of old warehouse, bars covered with wooden strips and walls covered with burnt brick.

For us it is very important to promote domestic products for this reason, we reinvented the traditional cocktail of our country, Chuflay, made based on our national drink Singani. Inspired by this drink and our typical fruit juices, we created our author Chuflays:
