Nuestro restaurante, BOCCA DELLA VERITÀ es un nuevo lugar, acogedor, confortable pero elegante, con el que queremos traeros la esencia de Italia, nuestra tierra. Aquí, podréis degustar la AUTÉNTICA COCINA ITALIANA, la que los italianos comemos con nuestras familias.

La filosofía de nuestro restaurante está basada en la cocina sencilla y natural, elaborada con los productos de la tierra de nuestros abuelos. Preservamos en nuestros platos los antiguos sabores de la tradición culinaria italiana, adaptándonos a la nueva cultura y tendencias de alimentación en continua evolución y buscando siempre una alimentación adecuada y saludable. Para ello, todos los productos e ingredientes se importan desde el mismo corazón de Italia y son cocinados, como no, por cocineros italianos, comandados, en ésta nueva etapa por dos estupendos Chefs que cocinan como lo hacía la “mamma”. Imperdibles son nuestro NUEVO PLATO ESTRELLA REGISTRADO, La “BOCCAPIZZA®”, es un triángulo de pizza blanca que hará de lo más felices a niños y mayores y que contiene delicias típicas romanas como albóndigas en salsa de tomate, pollo con pimientos, mezcla de vegetales de la huerta y mucho más, que se come con las manos, como si fuera una hamburguesa, ¡qué tiemblen los burguers! Es una forma innovadora de apreciar el gusto de la tradición con recetas familiares transmitidas por nuestras abuelas y elaboradas con pasión, al igual que el amor por la pizza. Igualmente, podréis disfrutar de la PINSA, una pizza, pero con una masa mucho más digestiva de harinas seleccionadas de arroz, trigo y soja no O.G.M., con una pequeña cantidad de aceite de oliva virgen extra y un 75% de agua, lo que hace sea muy ligera y menos calórica.

Pero además, tenéis a vuestra disposición, los entrantes, las pastas con sus salsas, la carne y el pescado y para los más sibaritas, las fuentes de Ostras de importación con Champagne, que se podrán pedir bajo reserva. Como la innovación, el diseño y la experimentación, es parte de la cultura de Italia, en Bocca Della Verità, podrás conocer nuevos sabores y platos caseros cocinados para ti y te ofrece otras experiencias como LA ACOGEDORA TERRAZA EXTERIOR, donde puedes degustar CAFÉS ESPECIALES de marca propia con altísima calidad, aroma, textura y sabor. Alguna PASTELERIA CASERA TÍPICA ITALIANA que irá cambiando según la época. Nuestro nuevo HORARIO, será desde las 10 am hasta las 16 pm, y desde las 19 pm hasta media noche, de lunes a domingo, excepto los martes que cierra por descanso del personal.

Italia has arrived to La Eliana, Valencia. Our restaurant BOCCA DELLA VERITÀ, is a new place, cozy, comfortable, but elegant, with which we want to bring the essence of Italy, our land. Here, you can taste the AUTHENTIC ITALIAN CUISINE, which Italians eat with our families.

The philosophy of our restaurant is based on the simple and natural cuisine, made with the products of the land of our grandparents. We preserve in our dishes the old flavours of the Italian culinary tradition, adapting to the new culture and trends of food in continuous evolution and always looking for an adequate and healthy food. To do this, all products and ingredients are imported from the very heart of Italy and are cooked, of course, by Italian chefs, commanded, in this new stage by two wonderful Chefs who cook like the "mamma".

You can´t miss our star dish registered, The new "BOCCAPIZZA®" is a triangle of white pizza that will make children and adults happy and contains typical Roman delights such as meatballs in tomato sauce, chicken with peppers, vegetable mix of the garden and much more, which is eaten with the hands, as if it were a hamburger! It is an innovative way to appreciate the taste of tradition with family recipes transmitted by our grandmothers and made with passion, as well as the love of pizza. In the same way, you can enjoy PINSA, a pizza, but with a much more digestive mass of flours selected from rice, wheat and non-GMO soy, with a small amount of extra virgin olive oil and 75% water, which makes it very light and less caloric.

But also, you have at your disposal, the starters, pastas with their sauces, the meat and the fish and for the most sybarites, the sources of Oysters of import with Champagne, that can be ordered under reserve. Our new SCHEDULE, will be from 10 until 4 p.m and from 7 p.dm until midnight, from Monday to Sunday, except Tuesdays that closes for rest of staff.

One of the great attractions of the restaurant will be, without a doubt, the delicious own brand coffee, which you can only taste in its facilities. When we thought that all were more or less the same, we discovered that it isn´t true and that Italy is the same as "Bocca della Verita, it´s much more. We should ask you to try the three flavors to fall in love with your favorite. You can choose between "Classic Coffee" for specialists and purists, "Sweet Caramel Ginseng Coffee" for those who are passionate about the sweet (you can drink it without sugar because you wouldn´t need it) and the "Coffee of Barley" for those who want everything, without giving up anything.
