Blue Spirit Wellness is a firm based in Lanzarote, Canary Islands.

What do you do?

We make use of a variety of natural techniques and skills to assist in many areas of life including: Unwanted Habits/Addictions, Weight Control, Fears/Phobias, Stress/Anxiety, Confidence Issues and many more.

What techniques and skills do you use?

We use Psychotherapy based techniques and Counselling Skills including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Life Coaching, Mindfulness and also a range of hypnotherapeutic techniques to tailor-make a programme designed specifically for you.
